Directions
1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2)Using a whisk, beat half & half and egg; set aside.
3)In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; cut butter into mixture. Lightly stir in egg mixture, apricots, sugar and grated lemon.
4)Knead a few times on a floured surface and shape into a 9-inch circle.
5)Place dough on a lightly buttered baking sheet, cut into wedges and bake for 15-18 minutes.
